Use this form to start a return or exercise your right of withdrawal for an eligible order. If you want a different size or style, please use the exchange request instead.

You may return most new, unopened or unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery to the address listed below for a full refund. We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. If your order is outside that window, please contact us directly at orders@crosscoloursla.com.
